Coming soon, FIJL will offer a pool-based, high intensity training program for our die-hard Jr Lifeguards and Tournament Team Members. If you're a current Lifeguard, or Junior Lifeguard, this program is for you! Practices will be at Byron Lake Pool in August from 7:00 - 8:00am, spanning several sessions. This is a great opportunity to continue training your LG skills to prepare for the Pool Lifesaving and Ocean Lifesaving tests, and to train in general for the Lifesaving Competitions! This training program will expose all athletes to general Lifesaving techniques, tournament lifesaving skills, strategy, and race prep, and will help to build overall Elite level competence and confidence in the water!

Our Coaches
Our professional coaches are experienced and passionate about helping water polo students of all levels learn the sport and reach their full potential. They provide group and one-on-one personalized instruction and encouragement to help improve understanding of the sport, technique, endurance, and confidence in the water.
